The challenge
AgrarOnline was faced with the challenge of efficiently sending out newsletters in order to stay in contact with customers and interested parties. It was crucial that the newsletters were created in the corporate design and prepared for optimal display on various devices and email clients. In addition, creating the newsletters had to be simple and intuitive for all employees, without requiring any special technical knowledge.
Solution
To overcome this challenge, AgrarOnline decided to use CleverReach, based on the recommendation of the parent company. In collaboration with us, customized newsletter templates were developed that corresponded exactly to the desired corporate design. Custom elements could be created within the email marketing tool, which could be added in the editor using drag-and-drop and filled with text and images. As a result, various elements such as a product carousel or a news section were created in the corporate design so that they could be used flexibly in the newsletter as required.

Thanks to the good preparation of the template modules, it was possible to create and send optimized newsletters quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality. The uniform design of the newsletters led to an increased delivery rate and strengthened AgrarOnline’s brand presence.
